Strategic Succession Planning (SP)
This tool helps you identify current status of your organization for leadership succession. Pinnacle Training Solutions coaching/training enables you to identify your strategies for future success through managment evolution. Long term cultural growth and development is dependent on succession planning which is the process of identifying and preparing suitable employees to replace key players as their terms expire.
The aim of Strategic Succession Planning is to create a process through which the organization is intentional about its efforts to develop next generation leadership talent. The key to your organization's effectiveness is the development of great leaders who, in turn, develop great employees and performance operating cultures. Polarity Management Assessment (PMA)
The research is clear; leaders (and organizations) that manage polarities well outperform those that don't. They outperform both in the short term and the long term. Polarities are simply paradoxes, dilemmas, contentions, opposites, or problems. High performance leaders and organizations have developed a tacit wisdom about defining and managing polarities (even if they have never heard the name). What is needed is a way to make this tacit wisdom explicit, so that leaders and organizations can be strategic and tactical about tapping the power of opposing ideas. This tool measures the ability of a leader to determine polarities and their choices in managing them. Leadership Dimensions Index (LDI)
A tool for identifying primary and back-up leadership patterns across an array of behaviors utilizing 360° feedback. This assessment has been highly successful with seasoned and high-potential executives - and has the capacity to reveal the extent to which a participant's current leadership pattern is task oriented (management), people oriented (leadership), or a healthy balance of the two. Includes composite data to provide insight to one's leadership and management improvement opportunities for problem solving, decision-making, feedback, conflict, communication, and others.
Change Management Behavioral Index (CMBI)
A 360° tool which arms leaders with knowledge of their leadership behavior - specifically in times of change. Enabled with knowledge, insight and information a manager's ability to adapt, be creative, generate new ideas, see opportunities and solve problems in a dynamic marketplace is increased. Pinnacle coaching/training helps these leaders tailor their approach accordingly, particularly in a pressurized or crisis environment. Information and knowledge also arms the participant with skills to apply this new perspective in order to make a difference in the workplace.
Change Preference Measurement (CPM)
This tool is ideal for measuring a participant's current inclination for solving problems. Utitilizing a four quadrant tool, one will better understand how one naturally thinks about problems and can then compare this to the current leadership situation. Any gaps in style versus need allow mapping of an approach/strategy for maximum success.

Life Styles Inventory (LSI):
The LSI helps individuals strengthen thinking and behavioral styles that promote effectiveness, and to moderate styles that prevent them from realizing their potential. The LSI provides invaluable and otherwise unavailable information that can motivate, guide and track the progress of self-development initiatives.
Management Effectiveness Profile (MEPS):
Focusing on a collection of classic and contemporary management skills, MEPS provides managers with confidential and in-depth 360° feedback, promotes self-awareness, and facilitates the development of key skills.
Leadership/Impact (LI):
A 360° assessment that provides leaders with targeted feedback on the impact they have on the behavior and performance of others. This informative assessment reveals not only the direction of the leader’s impact, but also its implications for his/her effectiveness and that of the organization as a whole.
Leadership Workstyles (LWS):
This tool helps self-motivated leaders strengthen thinking and behavioral styles that promote their effectiveness and moderate styles that prevent them from realizing their potential. LWS provides rich, detailed information that can motivate, guide and track the progress of leadership-development initiatives.
Group Styles Inventory (GSI):
Designed for serious team-building programs, the GSI assesses the way in which team members interact with one another and approach problems and decisions. Insights into these interaction styles enable teams to identify what they need to do to work together more effectively and achieve synergy—that is, to ensure that their interactive efforts have a greater impact than the sum of their individual efforts.
Organizational Culture Inventory (OCI):
The most widely used and thoroughly researched tool for measuring organizational culture in the world. It provides an assessment of an organization's operating culture in terms of the behaviors that members believe are required to "fit in and meet expectations" within their organization. The OCI measures twelve types of behavioral norms that may characterize the operating culture of an organization. Four of these behavioral norms are Constructive and facilitate high quality problem solving and decision making, teamwork, productivity, and long-term effectiveness. Eight of the behavioral norms are Defensive (Passive and Aggressive) and detract from effective performance. Thus, the OCI enables organizations to analyze their culture and Pinnacle Training Solutions then helps interpret the results and identify practical strategies for enhancing productivity and long-term effectiveness.
